We operate an e-shop on the website www.allforfighters.eu
We process some personal data when providing our services, selling goods and operating our websites.

A. Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you contact us regarding our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly via the contact form. This personal data includes: Name, surname, email address and also the features of the product you are interested in.
For what reason?
Based on the personal data you submit, we will then contact you regarding our product offer .
On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.
If you do not provide us with this personal data, we will not be able to communicate with you for the purpose of concluding a contract for the delivery of our goods or the provision of our services.
How long will we process personal data?
Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your personal data for a maximum of 6 months from our last communication.
B. Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process the personal data we need from you to ensure the conclusion of a contract for the provision of our goods or services. This is mainly billing data: name, surname, address.
For what reason?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our obligations under the contract - delivery of goods . Using your contact details, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your questions.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints and others ).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation.
If you do not provide us with this personal data, we will not be able to conclude a contract with you for the delivery of our goods or the provision of our services.
How long will we process personal data?
During the supply of goods or provision of services and then 12 months after the last provision of such services or supply of goods.
C. Newsletter (commercial communication)
If you have purchased goods or services from us and have not explicitly refused to receive marketing communications , we will use your email address to send you our marketing communications.
On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interests, which are marketing communications targeted at our customers.
How long will we process personal data?
1 year from your last purchase. If you no longer wish to receive our marketing communications, you can unsubscribe at any time via email or you can contact us at: allforfighters@gmail.com
II. Who will have access to the data?
Your personal data will remain with us. However, we employ some companies or other individuals who have access to your personal data to help us operate our e-shop. These are:

V. Your rights in relation to the processing of personal data
The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process about you, to request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or to request restriction of processing, you can request a copy of the personal data we process, request us to delete your personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. It is possible to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Personal Data Protection Authority in our jurisdiction, or to go to court.
